You can’t visit Athens without viewing the Acropolis. You’ll get a sense of the history of Greece there, as well as a unparalleled view of Athens. Just don’t go at midday when the sun bakes the hilltop. And don’t miss the incredible Acropolis Museum down at the base of the hill.
